About
A Warm, Grounded Space for Healing and Growth
I believe therapy should feel both grounding and purposeful — a place where you can be your authentic self while building toward meaningful change.

My Story
Walking Alongside You
Navigating life can bring unexpected challenges that leave you feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or even afraid. During these moments, having the support of someone who provides a safe space for you to be your authentic self can make all the difference.
I believe therapy should feel both grounding and purposeful. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and support while also helping you explore healthier patterns of thinking and responding. Together, we will work toward greater understanding, acceptance, and forgiveness — creating space for growth and meaningful change as you move toward a healthier version of yourself.
Therapeutic Approach
How I Work
My therapeutic style integrates cognitive behavioral and person-centered approaches, grounded in the understanding that each individual's experience is unique. While thoughts often influence emotions and behaviors, healing is rarely one-dimensional. For this reason, treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs.
In our work together, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. I approach therapy collaboratively — honoring your experiences while providing structure, guidance, and evidence-based strategies to help you move forward with clarity and renewed hope.
